Pregnancy Questions... Please Help

Question

Okay so i went to the Doctor for my annual exam. I've been on a high dose birth control since I had my Dtr(I was on Birth control at the time she was concieved also). My Doctor's office left me a voice mail saying to call the office and when i did speak with my physician she informed me that my HCG levels were elevated, thus there was a chance of me being pregnant, and she wanted me to come in and have blood work done. I had midcycle bleeding last month and no period (which i usually get the last week of the month). I told my Fiancee and he seemed excited. We are financially stable and in a happy/healthy relationship. We have talked about having kids but because we each already have one we decided we would wait. I continueed my birth control but he stopped using condoms a few months ago. We said we'd discuss it further when we got home from work today. Im a little nervous about having a baby ( which is weird cause ive already had one) and im not really sure how he feels because he in the past agreed with me that we would wait and now he's practically picking out names. What do you think...

Well you don't know for sure yet so don't get to crazed about it...  I know that for my second child I didn't necassarily plan it but after the first couples months I started to get excited again.  I think it is always scary to become pregnant when it is not planned.  You'll be fine though.  And he sounds kind of sweet how he is excited it could always be worse he could be really angry.  So just think positive and everything will work out!!

So you are financially stable and he is happy to have another child.... Where is the crisis here?

Not sure how he feels about it yet he was excited and is already picking out names..... huh?
