Pregnancy Short Forms?

I've found myself here in the pregnancy section quite a bit lately but I'm getting a little lost on some of the short forms. I know that HPT is home pregnancy test and I know that BFP refers to a positive test (though I'm not sure how). Could someone help me out with some of the other abbreviations being used here? Thanks so much!
