Pregnancy and exercising?

i am a month pregnant. what types of exercises can i do? can i still do sit-ups and crunches or using a treadmill?

  2. i went to babyfit.com and they set up an exercise routine for you.

I exercised and did pilates up until the day before she was born which was yesterday 6-5-08 labor was only about 71/2 hrs. weighed in at 153 and left at 128  pre pregnancy weighed was 124 couldn't believe I lost that much after birth and belly just a little flabby will start back as soon as I get the OK!

  4. I know that you should not lay on your back so that would make sit-up's out of the question.  The treadmill is ok untill late in pregnancy.  I have one of those body balls and have used it everday so far (37 weeks 6 days).  Pretty much you can continue doing whatever you were doing previous to getting pregnant.  Good luck & Congrats! ;)
