What do you find funny and/or ironic about pregnancy? I had my baby 3 months ago, looking back now i can laugh but at the time it was horrible! Just looking for some humor to help people through the last trimester, and in my opinion the worst!

my humor- every time i went to the doc the last trimester i was asked to pee in a cup. well i was so big i couldn't see what i was doing down there so i would end up with pee all over my hands. not to mention they give you a thimble sized cup to pee in! I would just hold the cup down there and try to catch whatever i could!

  1. I had my baby girl a month ago. She kept turning breech on us, so we looked online for ways to get her to turn. We ended up putting an ironing board on the stairs, getting me on my back on it (not easy at all!), putting a cold pack on where baby's head was (to discourage her from staying there), putting a warm pack on my lower stomach (to encourage her to GO there), and finally having Daddy take a paper towel roll and "talk" to my lower area, so she'd want to go there even more!

  2. I love your story! Its so funny and I totally went through the same thing! To me its always funny with the embarrassing gassy days! You will bend over in the store to pick up something, and toot, and its always when someone is walking by!

Another one is, I was at the store buying some groceries, I was walking out the door, in front of an employee, and BAM the big carton of blueberries I just bought went rolling from below all the way to cash registers!! I felt so embarrassed! I didn't know what to do so I just started picking them up, mind you I was like 8 months pregnant so it was pretty hard to lean down. He just came over to me and said, don't worry about it, I will clean it up! I was pretty relieved! I didn't even go get more berries, I just ran out of the store!

  3. my humor- I was trying to walk a lot in the last trimester to hurry things along. But I couldn't bed over to get my shoes on and tie them, and when I was walking I hoped and prayed that my shoelaces would stay tied.so I finally went out and bout some slip on tennis shoes.

  4. A week or so ago I went to the doctor to have the Group B test done.  Well I figured it was something my doctor was going to do to me,  when suddenly the nurse walked in to give me instructions on how to do it to myself (very detailed instructions at that).  My husband, who is about as mature as a teenager, starting laughing and turning red when the nurse said r****m.  Talk about awkward and embarrassing!

  5. I was really klutzy while pregnant.  It was so bad I couldn't ware regular shoes so I was always waring flip flops all over the place. I always tripped on the stairs, on the side walks, and even inside stores.  It was really embarrassing.  Not just that no matter where I went I got sick there because I had morning sickness through out my whole pregnancy.  It is funny to think about though.
