  1. I asked this question at the Family Planning Clinic, and they told me that you CAN still have your withdrawal bleed even if you are pregnant.  Remember it's not a 'real' period.

So look out for the other signs, such as weight gain, morning sickness etc and if you're worried take a test.  Or even better (since the good test kits cost a fortune) ask wherever you go for your pills to test you, they'll be more accurate anyway.  Ask them every time if it makes you happy!

  2. If you were pregnant you would not bleed at the end of the pack.

Since you bled, you are not pregnant.

  3. If you suspect you are pregnant, take a pregnancy test. Buy some cheap Walmart ones to keep in your bathroom. One drawback of the pill is that some very small percentage of women DO get pregnant on the pill, and it can be hard to know.

  4. do a test and you will find out, that is the only way

  5. I got pregnant with my son while I was on the pill.  I just missed my period.  But everyone is different.  If you think you are pregnant take a test.  I like first response.  Best of luck.

  6. If you take the pill everyday at the same time you are 99.9% safe and add the 97% safe from the condom the chances are pretty much 1 in trillion that you would be pregnant.  Even on the pill if you were pregnant you should not get a period because your bodies hormones would override the pills and you wouldn't bleed. With any s*x there is always a chance of pregnancy, but with using both methods as protection it's almost impossible to get pregnant.  Those methods worked for me for 15 years and with the first month off the pill i got pregnant no problem with my current baby.  Just relax, the stress can make you miss a period too.  To make you feel better get a couple cheap test from the dollar tree, they work just as good as the $20 test, and they are only a dollar.  Take a test today and one next week.  If both are negative you are good to go!

  7. Goodness...another "Am I pregnant?" question!

Take a pregnancy test, it's the only way you will know for sure.

We are all full of knowledge on this site but we cannot predict who is pregnant!

  8. just take a pregnancy test its so much easier than worrying and wondering and asking people online because we dont know you and we dont know your body.

  9. Hi honey,

If your using protection and the condom has never broken or come off during intercourse the chances of pregnancy is very low in addition, to heavy bleeding on top is very unlikely.

If  your partner has not ejaculated in you with out protection, your chances are very very low, with what you've said your not with child.

One question if your using protection X 2  and having heavy  bleeding why are you concerned with pregnancy???

  10. withdrawel bleed? is that ur 7 day break?

i was told when i went on the pill years ago that even if u were pregnant u would still bleed, now it was qutie a while ago so i may be a little fuzzy on the details but its because its not a 'real' period hence it can come on cue every month. im unsure how the ins and outs work but im pretty sure thats what i was told xxxx

  11. You would not get your period if you are pregnant.  Birth control pills are 98% effective and used in conjunction with a condom, there's pretty much no way you would become pregnant.
