Pregnancy possible or not?

My period was due this monday nothing yet. Took a HPT on monday it was negative. But my gyni said if I dont get my period this week to see him tomorrow. I did have a tubal reversal last year and the pills didnt work. I feel ok just my nipples hurt but then again it could be my period being late but days late is not normal 4 me. Any options

Go to the doctor and get a test done.

if you mean you were suppose to have your period on the 18th then tested on the 18th then it would have shown if you were pregnant or not...but if you mean your suppose to get your period..this upcoming monday then took it this past monday was too soon...i would try again about 3 to 4 days b4 your missed period...
