and after that lapse of time I apply a home-type pregnancy test on it, What would be the reliability of the result? Does the time (2 hours) and temperature (around 17-20°C) affect the result of the test?

I have got negative result (and I thought that result maybe positive)

Thanks in advance for your kind answers ;)

  1. The best time of the day to take the pregnancy test would be the first thing in the morning. There are more hormones in the urine as opposed to later in the day. If the results are conflicting to you the best thing to do is get a blood test to prove it. If the results were shown negative chances are neg. usually with those types of tests the hormone makes the results accurate and stay that way without change.

  2. I hope you get the result you're hoping for!

Unless recommended otherwise or part of the protocol, the most reliable results are obtained ASAP after sample collection.

I would test again when you can test straight after to be sure.

(Also, even though some manufacturers state otherwise, assume that the pregnancy test is most reliable at least 7 days after intercourse.  In the meantime, you can get a more accurate result from a blood test.)

  3. It really depends on the test...you need to read the instructions...some allow you to collect and then refrigerate the urine--I guess if time in the morning was an issue--

There are so many different tests on the market that it is impossible to answer your question...but there is always a toll-free number on the box or the instructions inside...they have nurses who can answer your question....

Good luck--hope your answer is what you want it to be!
