Pregnant 15 year old...?

Im 15 and Im pregannt with my 18 year old boyfirend. It was an accident and Im so scared. Will he get in trouble? I mean my mom accepts him to be my boyfriend and likes him a lot....I havent told my parents yet, in fear ill loose my boyfriend forever. helllpP!

First thing to worry about is the baby. So you need to tell your parents asap. The only way he could get into trouble is if your parents decide to press charges. You should deffinately talk to your parents because you need to see a doctor and figure out what you want to do with the baby.

This is a fine mess you have gotten yourself into. You should have been on birth control. You definately need to talk about s*x before you have it. This proves you should NOT be having it in the first place. As for the baby thing... You will have to decide if you want to keep it or give it up for adoption or get an abortion. You will have to tell your parents and work it out with them from now onwards. Don't be surprised if your boyfriend leaves you but if he stays with you he must really love you. Yes, your mom could press charges and your boyfriend could go to jail, but he fully knew that when he decided to have s*x with you.

He can get in trouble if your parents choose since you're a minor. It's up to your parents. However if they are on good terms with your boyfriend and they don't tell on him then you should be okay.

I think laws vary by state, but i know most of them its illegal to have s*x under the age of 16, regardless the age of ur boyfriend. If the state finds out then he will go to jail. If your parents want to, they can put him in jail as well....Good Luck

Yea he can get locked up for statutory rape since hes an adult and your a minor and it doesnt matter if its consensual.  Well the smart thing and mature thing would be to tell your parents and then put the baby up for adoption because the baby needs care 24/7 and you have school. If not for adoption then your going to have to get a job (have fun getting hired at 15) to start paying for the baby's stuff (diapers, medicine, doctors appts, food, clothing, stroller, carrier, crib etc etc) and then you'll also need a car and you'll have to get insurance on that and pay your payment for it each month, and on top of all that you have to go to school most of the day.

Have fun deciding because most likely your boyfriend will leave you once he finds out.

First dating the guy are your age was the first mistake.  Second, if you are under the Age of Consent in your state, if your folks decide to bust the guy, there it all goes.  Tell you parents and let it go from there.

depending on where you live he could get in trouble. in some places it doesnt matter if your parents dont want to press charges. wehre i live if the DA finds out he would be charged regardless. worry about your unborn child before your boyfriend. abortion can be a heartbreaking experience as can be adoption. i kept my baby and i have no regrets.

please talk to your parents they can help you more than anyone.

Well I'm sure your parents will be mad but if they care anything about their unborn grandchild they will let you stay with the boy so the baby can have a dad. But if they choose to, they could get the boy in a lot of trouble because you're a minor. It's all in how your parents choose to respond.

Ok, well you are 15. You just ruined your life. Sorry but it is the truth. BTW you need to tell your parents ASAP, because it is kind of hard to hide once you get further down the line. The sooner you tell, the better off the baby will be! And yes, your boyfriend could be charged for having s*x with a minor. And this wasn't an accident. There is no such thing as an 'accident' with this sort of thing.  If you didn't want this burdon, you shouldn't of had s*x in the first place! And don't get an abortion, because it doesn't not make you a mother. It makes you the mother of a dead baby. But the sad part is you are just like the rest of the 42% of teenage america... :(
