No, if both are 15-years-old.  If the female is 15 and the boy is 17 or older, it is considered illegal .. if you live in a state where they consider a 17-year-old male to be an adult.  Some states it is 18.

I would suggest if the female is not pregnant, that both start using protection; birth control pills and condoms are the safest.  They both protect from pregnancies and sexually transmitted diseases.

im not sure. i was pregnant at 16 and did not have any problems with the law. its not too bright though. it was tough raising a child at such a young age, but i love my son more than anything!

no but that should be the least of your problems. You need to think about how you and this guy is going to take care of it. Dont be one of these kids who kill it. (life starts at the first heart beat) Be there for it. Its still a baby. it should have a hard life or without a mother and a father cause you were to young. Your old enough to have a baby. If you wasnt than you wouldnt be able to have the baby. Dont let anyone tell you other wise cause when you get older and give up it going to hurt and your going to miss it. Back in the day people had babys at that age. You baby and your body will help you me the best mother you can be with a father or without. THat baby will mean more to you than anything in this world. I hope you keep it and take care of it yourself. Im telling you this because i just lost my baby yesterday in a miscarriage and it was the hardest thing to every deal with. I miss it so much. All these women who try so hard to get pregnant and loose it then these kids who get aportions and put there child up for adoption its just hurts so bad. Not the baby but your hormones and people trying to tell you that your to young and you cant do it.
