Pregnant. Are peanuts safe?

I've looked this up on yahoo answers and i've seen that it IS okay then i seen that it's NOT okay? which one is true?

I've eaten peanuts my entire pregnancy.  They're fine. :)  In fact, my WIC vouchers have peanut butter as an option to purchase.  They can be any kind of peanut butter- creamy or chunky.  Peanuts are good!  Especially when covered in Chocolate!! :-D

I don't think its bad but you should really ask your doctor . That's why hes there to answer your question ask your doctor.

I'm 39wks+ and I ate them throughout my pregnancy and nothing has gone wrong here. So i'm very sure they are perfectly fine : )

It is ok because YOU are digesting them. But when the kiddo is born don't let him/her have any for a while!

i love snickers and asked mymidwife about the risks to baby but she told me that if neither my husband or myself have the allergy then im fine to eat them within reason

i have had 5 babies and they are all 100% fine no peanut allergy

so id say its fine to eat them

There ok but they say if you eat them during pregnancy or breast feeding your child will have an allergy to them later on. But I think its an old wives tale
