Is there anyone out there that is a dancer and is pregnant but still goes to class? I want to go back to class but I hadn't worked out in 6 months and I really can't live without dancing for another 6. I know I should stay away from jetes but are there any other across the floor or barre work i shouldn't do? Also, as I get bigger, should I even attempt adagios? I'm only 3 months along, but was told my balance will be off pretty soon!
