Ok, first here are some questions:

It's been 2 days since I thought she was pregnant. Signs?

How do I know she's pregnant?

Do I have to separate it with my other boy bunny because I only have 1 cage and can't buy another one?

How do I take care of it?

HELP!!

Please tell me everything I need to know!

Thanks SOO much!!

BTW, they are both Netherlands dwarf bunnies and there is 1 boy and girl

  1. as soon as she shows signs of a larger tummy and she starts hording food and drinking more and also extending her nest then i would suggest taking her to the vet just to be certain that she is pregnant if she is then take the dad away but you could always ask your vet for more advise good luck and hope this helped !!!!!

  2. First they need to be seperated-NOW!! The buck will continue to breed the doe. She will becoame stressed and attack him, even kill him. She will also be overly stressed by him and she may kill the kits when they are born.

    If it has only been 2 days since they mated you have a while to go. gestation in rabbits is 28-35 days with 31 days being the average. Write down on a calendar when they mated count ahead 31 days. Thsi is when she will kindle(give birth) on day 28 you should give her a nestbox with hay in it.

    You should have done much more research before you mated these rabbits. All rabbits should have their own cage- one rabbit one cage.Does are especailly territorial and will defend their cage to the death.

    Are they even old enough to be bred? They should be at least 6 months old. Learn more about breeding before you go on.

    Does=female

    Buck=male

    Kits=babies

    if you need more help you can email me. But please get another cage

  3. Why aren't they neutered?
