Pregnant People: Are Going to Know the s*x Before Its Born?

Just curious whether you think it would be more fun to wait to know the s*x until it is born. However, what if you have a baby shower? Will you get less gifts because people are less enthusiastic about getting neutral baby gifts? Also, they wont' know what to get?

Do stores market neutral baby items of the people that decide to wait until birth?

Also, could you have a baby shower after the baby is born, so the guess have some time to shop for the baby gift and can also get s*x specific stuff?

  1. Personally I just can't help myself,I have to know what the gender is before they are born.Even tho at the rate I'm going I won't need to anymore,I have 2 girls already and the current pregnancy is also a girl so yeah...lol. But I am too impatient to wait to see what the gender is.However I do think it would be fun to be suprised but if I can find out I will.

Also I don't see why people would be less enthusiastic about buying neutral gifts consdering there are only certain colors and styles that are neutral and it would narrow down the hard decisions on what to get for a specific gender. In other words I think it would make it easier to chose a gift if it was nuetral rather than specific gendered. They can buy light greens, light blues, white, browns, blacks, and certain purples that look good on either s*x. Or they can get like nuetral gift sets which are nice like firts tooth, curl, etc stuff...or gift sets that come in handy like baby bath sets or hygiene kits etc....

And yes stores make gender nuetral stuff also...and you could have a baby shower after baby is born.Just tell everyone you want it to be a suprise and won't be having a shower until after baby is born so you can specify what gender related items you are looking for.
