  1. in missouri we have pregnant womans medicaid check with your state to see if it has similar programs

  2. You'll qualify for Medicaid automatically. Call your health department.

  3. In a lot of communities there is some kind of services for pregnant women without health insurance. Go to your local health clinic and ask for information. They can help you with healthcare and also WIC (it's a government program designed to help lower income women deal with the added costs of being pregnant).

You are in for an extremely difficult journey and should weigh all of your options. Is there anyone that is going to help you and the baby in the future? Raising a child alone at such a young age will be difficult, but there are rewards as well.

Think about your future and the child's future, if you decide to go with adoption, there are many adoption agencies that will provide health care and assist with expenses while you are pregnant.

  4. I would definitely look into Medicare or Medicaid to see if you can qualify.  I'm in California and I also know there is a program called Healthy Families, they have a website, that will at least get you insurance for your child for as little as $25 a month.  Hope that helps.
