Question:

Pregnant but still lose inches?

I've always been a little bigger (about 20-40 pounds heavier then my healthy weight range) I started losing weight but I recently found out I'm pregnant. I understand I'm going to put on weight from the baby and their no way to keep my belly from getting big, but is there any way to keep from adding on inches to my thighs, buttocks, arms ect..or perhaps even lose inches in those areas while I am pregnant?

  1. You can exercise while you're pregnant, and most doctors recommend it.

    I rode an exercise bike to help keep my legs in shape, and there's plenty of other workouts for pregnant women. You can try yoga too. Also just watch what you eat, eat healthier and that usually helps.
