  1. My first pregnancy my due date was July 31st, and I went into labor July 26th, my water broke about 30 minutes after my husband left for work.....Got to the hospital in like an hour or so I was having contractions left and right. They kept checking me I was dilating slow. About into the 10 hours of laying there in terrible pain I told them I felt like something was wrong because I felt like I need to push but the dr's kept saying no pushing yet... I got an epidural well it didn't work for me they had to come back in and take it out.... Then into the 14th hour my STUPID DR. examined me and said I had small pubic bones, that I probably couldn't have natural birth so they rushed me into the o.r. and I had a c-section. The baby's head was stuck down in my pelvis his head was wedged because I couldn't open up enough to pass him through the birth canal.... But after 14 hours of terrible pain they then tell me I can't deliver vaginally, and sense then I've had two more kids and they were both by c-sections.....Good Luck.....

  2. I did natural and honestly it really does hurt (my contractions felt like really really bad period cramps) but when it comes to pushing, that felt really good. I had to be induced because of preeclampsia and was in labor for 12 hours start to finish. I think average for a first timer is between 12 and 16 hours. It was so worth the natural experience to me because I was up walking around 1 hour after my daughter was born. I know this sounds crazy, but if you go into it without fear and try to stay as calm as you can, you don't even really remember the pain. I mean you remember that it happened, but its not like anything else you've ever experienced. It is truly a miracle and even if you're in labor for 24 hours, whether you have vaginal or c-section, drugs or no drugs, it will all be worth it when you see your child for the first time.

  3. C0NGRATS!AND G0D BLESS Y0UR BR0THER.

MY FIRST WAS ALL NATURAL !

MY SISTER HAD HER BABY 2 AND 1/2 MONTHS

BEFORE ME AND GAVE ME THE BEST TIPS EVER

IM ALSO A YOUNG MOTHER AND WAS EXTREMLY SCARED

SHE SAID THINK OF SOMETHING SO DIFFERENT AND THE PAIN GOES AWAY AND I WAS LIKE YEA RIGHT.I THOUGHT ABOUT VACATION AND RANDOM STUFF AND IT GOT MY MIND OF IT FOR SMALL INTERVALS,ALSO DO LOTS OF SQUATS!IT WILL MAKE THE PUSHING PROCESS EASIER!

    G00DLUCKKK M0MMY T0 BEE ! C0NGRATS !!

  4. Not to scare  you but my first birth sucked.  I took the classes but they did nothing for me.  I was too scared!  I didn't remember to breath my arms went numb cause I was hyperventalating.  But then again my third pregnancy was completly painless.   So I have had it all!

My only advice.  DO NOT TENSE UP DURING CONTRACTIONS THEY HURT MORE IF YOU DO!  breath breath breath.  They will remind you in the delivery room.  It also helps to have a very supportive person there with you so that you will feel more relaxed.

oh woops all of mine were natural.
