Pregnant guppie read this!!!!

listen to this ,, I'm a 1st time keeper of guppies and notice one mt be pregnant i got a breeding box yesterday

to day i popped her in it just so i could take a better look as soon as i put her in she only had her 1st,,, i was told breeding boxs stress guppies out well in my case my guppies felt save (if she didn't she would have put off having them)

i wanted to share this story as i still cant believe how it happened as anyone else had the same.

she had 27 cute little babies in the 1st hour but none since (is it time to put her back now ?

any advice would be great

  1. i have a million guppies in my fishtank..they just breed all the time but u dont really need to put them in the breeding tank. if you still want them to breed just put a bunch of grass at the top(you no that plastic grass they hide in)and they will do their thing on there own and u wont have to worry about taking them out and stressing them out especially if their pregnant lol.The babies love to hide up there.That way,the other fish won't find them also and try to eat them.try that and see if it works!!hope i could help a little!!  = )  


  2. ok here is what you need to do.

    1. put her in her own tank so she can relax, be relived from stress...etc.

    2. try to feed the fry baby brine shrimp or finely crushed flaked food.

    3. wait for about 5 months then put them in a tank with a filter.(unless you have a underground filter)
