  1. Sell it on Ebay and then Buy A new one

  2. You will be bigger than you think.  If it fits now, it will not fit later.  Take it to a tailor shop and ask them what they think.  Even if you are just showing a little bit, you will need at least 2 inches on each side to be let out.  How wide are the seams of the dress?  You don't want them to piece something on the sides to make it fit.  That would look really tacky.  Try selling the dress on e bay or at a clothing consignment store.  Keep the tags on it if possible.  Then begin your search again with your new shape in mind.  Also- getting married is so stressful already, and with being pregnant also, you don't want to have any more to worry about, especially your dress.

  3. If you can find a decent, professional seamstress, your dress can almost certainly be altered. You'll want to go in for several fittings - probably more than you would otherwise - and schedule one of them for as close to the wedding as possible. If your seamstress is good at what she does, she'll be able to maintain the look of the dress as closely as possible, even if she needs to add in extra panels of fabric. Be upfront with her about your expectations, and it shouldn't be a problem!
