Pregnant or Period?? Please read?

Me and my partner have been TTC for 7 months now. I had an early misscarriage at 5.5 weeks 9 weeks ago. I am due on my period tomorrow and i am waiting until then to test but this morning i have got a very light brown discharge. This is day 27 and i usually have a 28-30 day cycle. Im not sure if this is implantation bleeding or the start of my period. Im not too hopeful its implantation because everyone says that it is bright red or pink. Can anyone help!! I want a baby so much!

Implantation bleeding for me (I'm 8 weeks preg now) was a brown discharge as you describe and i convinced mysel fit was the start of a period coz everyone says its pink. I promise you it want pink for me!

Ok.

What I think you should do, Is to take a test. Whether you think you should. I think you need to take one, so you can put your mind at rest.

I am sure your partner will support you whatever the outcome. x

it sounds to me that it could just be a period. because i get the same light brown discharge every time i have my period. but i could be wrong because every women are different.

I don't want to get your hopes up but with all my pregnancies I had a brownish discharge. My Dr told me that the brown was older blood probably like delayed implantation bleeding. I know how hard it is to TTC so lots of sticky baby dust to you. GOOD LUCK!

i never get light brown discharge before my period ever!

and when i was 2 days late i got this light brown discharge and i just new that i was pregnant! 2 days later when i still hadnt got my period i took a test and sure enought it was a big fat possitive!

i think u could be pregnant!

I agree with person above- the only way u will really know is by taking a test. It will put yr mind at rest & u can get test that can detect pregnancy up to 4days before yr period is due. They are around £4.

HELPFUL HINT- when me & my partner were ttc the 1st time we were unsuccessful for a few months until I read if HE takes zinc it increases his sperm supply, after one month on zinc supplements (available from health food shops) we got pregnant straight away! I know friends it has worked for too!

It sounds like the start of your period but a test is the only thing that will confirm anything for you and could prove me wrong (hopefully)

If your really anxious buy a 'first response' test, can be done up to 6 days early and will let you know straight away
