Pregnant or skipped/late period?

Tell me what you think. Its been 41 days since the start of my last period. Normally my cycle does run longer around 35 days but never this long. Had unprotected s*x two times during this time. But, I took a pregnancy test last night and it was negative. I was sick for about a week this month with high fevers. Its been two weeks since the sickness but right now I have a 99 temp. Do you think my illness is making my period late or should I take another pregnancy test in a few more days?

if your period dosent start in another week take a blood test

I think that your illness is affecting your whole body which can throw your period off. Also, I don't think a fever is usually a sign of pregnancy. So I would try to wait it out a couple more days and if you still have no sign of your period you could try another test. Good luck!

I would say it was your illness throwing your period off. But if it doesn't show in a week I would test again.
