  1. coffee black baby & biogesic

eggwhites & citrus fruit to follow

  2. The only thing is paracetamol 500mg. Make sure it doesn't have codeine in it.

For actual cold remedies i would ask your doctor or local pharmacist.

  3. anything Tylenol brand. My doctor even let me take tylenol pm and allergy stuff with all pregnancies and everything is fine! If you are unsure call the advice nurse at the doctors office. :)

  4. You can take nothing.  Nothing at all.  Time will make it go away.

  5. If you are out of the first trimester, you can take plain sudafed, plain Robitussin, or benadryl. If you are still in the first trimester, all you can take is tylenol and saline nasal spray.

  6. Hi! When I was pregnant and had a very bad cold my doctor said I could take Tylenol cold medicine, he said stick with Tylenol products. You could call up your doctor and speak to a nurse just to make sure if you want though

  7. I would only trust my ob/gyn on this.

  8. when taking cold/flu medicines its always best to ask your doctor whats best to take

  9. Fresh fruit & vegetables.

  10. For a sore throat, I like a product called Simply Gargle. I had a baaaad sore throat with little bumps all over it- no insurance and could not go to the doctor. I gargled this stuff two times one day, and my symptoms literally vanished! It really works wonders! I bought mine a Walmart, but here is a link so you know what to look for.

For your sinuses, you could try filling a bowl with some boiling water, and add a few drops of peppermint or eucalyptus essential oil to it. This will open up your sinuses, and maybe you can blow the gunk out. If your nose is stuffy, try using a Neti Pot. Here is a link for that:

I know that good old fashioned Vick's Vapo-Rub works great, too. If you smear it all over your feet and put socks on over it before you go to bed, it will give some great relief from coughing all night. I typically put a TINY dab on the end of my nose, too.

Remember to drink plenty of water- you body really needs it to flush out the bad guys! I hope you feel better soon!

  11. Talk to your Dr.  You don't want to take any medications during pregnancy without consulting your Dr. first.  Hope you feel better!

  12. Tylenol is ok...There are some losenges that you can have as well that can help out..Try to keep a warm humidifer to ease your throat soreness...warm showers are good to loosen up the mucous...hot soup is always good too... i was sick when i was pregnant too and its horrible...

    hope this helps :o)

    Congrats on the baby BTW

  13. I had at least 3 bad colds while I was pregnant and didn't take anything for them.  It really depends what trimester you are in as to what your doctor will recommend to you.  Most likely it will be to stick to having some tea, soup  and rest.  Rest really helps the most, so try to get as much of it as possible.

  14. it depends on how far along you are but the only thing you can take is paracetamol just make sure to tell them in the pharmacy that ur pregnant
