  1. Congratulations my dear MOM...

Well... and type of fish is a healthy choice due to the proteins, minerals, etc.- lots of vegetables is a MUST !!! Fruits are also important to eat during pregnancy...But..for dinner, I would prepare fish at least 2-3 times a week !! That's very nurishing for the baby !!!! Also : do not forget to get some iron-pills...-and- Vitamine-complex-supplements !!!

Wish you an uncomplicated pregnancy & a healthy baby!!! Greetings from Germany...Annette***

  2. A piece of grilled  chicken or steak some spinach and a baked potato with broccoli and cheese. Some fresh fruit for dessert.

  3. Um, what does being pregnant have to do with marinara or spaghetti sauce? Just curious, because it is a healthy thing to eat...unless you don't like it.

Heres an idea for a hot summer day:

Have a fresh green salad with grilled chicken and your favorite salad dressing. Finish it off with some favorite ice cream :)

  4. You can eat tuna but you're supposed to limit the amount to no more then one can per week. Try something quick and easy like a salad but fill it with what ever your fav veggies are to make it hearty.

  5. Well do something homemade!

Eating healthy is crutial for the baby!

  6. Here's a good pregnant dinner for you:

waffles with peanut butter, sprinkled with a tiny bit of chocolate syrup, some regular syrup, and a big glass of milk

    Yummmm!

  7. Eat some fish; the omega 3's are good for you. Ahi tuna, highly peppered, is one of my favorites but you may want to cut down the pepper in your condition. Salmon is also a good choice.
