Pregnant with a Severe toothache!!?

I'm 32 weeks pregnant and had a filling from my tooth fall out about a year ago then about a week ago my tooth broke. I am in horrible pain and since its a holiday i cant find a dentist. I cant eat or drink anything and have lost about 4 pounds in 4 days. I went to the er last night and they gave me tylenol 3. What will a dentist do for a pregnant women. Will they work on pregnant women.

I used to work for oral surgeons.  They would work on pregnant women using a local anesthetic.  Certain antibiotics and pain meds need to be used because of your pregnancy, but the broken tooth can be removed.  A dentist would be able to tell you if the tooth can be saved.
