  1. GINGER is a good natural help for sensitive stomachs (and nausea).... ginger tea, gingerale or even gingersnaps.   Dairy is usually not a good idea, since it can make you feel even more nauseous:)   A baked potato with some yogurt in it, though, would fill you up, and be bland enough so that you might keep it down.  The bacteria in the yogurt might help ease your tummy too .....  Sorbet always tastes good (sherbet has dairy, but sorbet doesn't); and popsicles.   Since you're taking vitamins now, don't worry too much about getting nutritious stuff into your stomach - just ANY food:)   This, too, will pass:).......

  2. Boy, do I remember those days!  One of the things recommended by the doctors and books (Dr. Mom), is rye bread or toast.  It worked for me so you may want to try that, even before you get out of bed in the morning.  And maybe make a batch of good old chicken noodle soup.

It's "comfort" food and along with the rye bread/toast may help you get through this.  Morning sickness should go away after the first several months, if not, call your doctor and ask for advice.
