Ok, I am 8.4 weeks with twins. I have had increased discharge since about 5 weeks. Now it is so gross. It is long stringy mucus. It almost looks like something you would blow out of your nose. It is so gross. What is this, is it normal?

  1. Im thinking its safe to say its normal!! LOL Im on my 3rd pregnancy, and ever since I was about 10 weeks with this one, Ive had the same exact thing. And sometimes its yellow too, so I totally get where you're coming from. But if you're not itching and you're sure you dont have an STD, dont worry...its normal! Ive never experience this with my other 2 pregnancies, but each is different! aaah, the joys to be women!! LOL

  2. First off, Congrats! So I'm sure your doc has told you that with twins there are twice the hormones... and this is a result of hormones. I am also pregnant with twins (17 weeks!!) and I've noticed the discharge is there, but actually less than with my singleton. It's different for everyone. Good luck. Just a heads up, every symptom will be exaggerated but you will get through it! You should check out twinsmagazine.com! The message boards are a  great resource! Good luck!

  3. Totally normal. Your hoohoo is keeping germs out.

  4. Sounds normal..lol, and it only gets worse!!!

  5. yes it's normal. why do people ask the same questions over and over and over on here? why doesn't anyone do any research before asking questions? There are plenty of websites where you can research stuff like this and also you can call you doctor and ask him or her and you can call a nurse hotline of your that worried. Of course it's normal. When your pregnant, discharge increases. EVERYONE knows that. Come on. I'm getting so fed up with all these "am i pregnant?" questions and "could i be pregnant?" go ask a doctor. no one on here is qualified to answer.  so go ask your doctor. thats why you have health insurance isn't it?

  6. ID love to know too! lol I have the same problem @ 24 weeks, so I dont see no end in sight =)

  7. It's time to call the dr.
