Is this real? And if so, what the h**l is it?

That's a fake.  Those appear to be mammalian teeth.  Someone used to image editing (like Photoshop) to either combine two different images, or to completely fabricate the image of the teeth/jaw.

(caveat:  I study biochemistry, so I'm a little out of my depth on this one, but I'm positive that's a fake)
