Prelude solenoids on the inside or outside?

are the solenoids for an 88 prelude on the outside or inside of the gearbox? are they easy to take out and clean? wats the best way to clean them?

  1. outside right(pass) side of engine area- clean with brake cleaner


  2. on the right front side of the transmission. if they are bad you cant clean them. replace them
