Premature Ejaculation Problem!! Please help me!!!

I recently got married and am trying to lead a normal sexual life but I am facing problems in controlling ejaculation and most of the times I am not able to attain full erection. I start with foreplay and by the time I am ready for the actual intercourse, I ejaculate, thereby causing me constant embarrassment. Since I do not have any prior sexual experience, I thought this is a temporary phase and would get resolved. But I have tried 4 or 5 times and most of the time I either eject the fluid even before the intercourse or as soon as I insert. Now I am hesitant to indulge in sexual activities and this is causing a lot of misunderstanding between me and my wife. Please advise, is this a common problem or do I need to undergo any medication? I do not have any medical problem (history) and I am not under any medication. I work for long hours, could that be a problem? As I remember from my past experience, when ever I used to m********e, I used to get full erection and could with hold the secretion of the fluid. Is there any serious problem, I do not have anyone to consult?

There are a lot of other ways to please women. So first start by being comfortable with her in your daily life and then you will also be able to expirment in the bed too.

Using lubricants might help too, as it will allow easy penetration and less friction so less excitment. Also try different positions. Men are supposed to have more control when they are on bottom and women is on top.

  9. Stress, anxiety, weak PC muscle, and inexperience are all causes of premature ejaculation. This is completely normal, because it’s sad to say that most men suffer from it. Relax, don't feel pressured to perform, and have fun with it, and the problem will fix itself.

But if that doesn't work than do an exercise called "kegels", this helps build the muscles that are responsible from the male o****m. By training this muscle (PC muscle) you will strengthen it, therefore strengthening your orgasms as well. The PC muscle is located right between your s*****m and a**s. This exercise is done by flexing the PC muscle. The next time you urinate, try stopping mid-stream without your hands, and that is your PC muscle. Contract and release this muscle as many times as you can throughout the day and before you know it you'll have the ability to last as long as you want.

  10. Dear there is no subsitute of Specialist Advice. PE is a complex problem which needs to be evaluated in detail before advice of any specific solution. Different people have different grades and variations in PE so the solution or treatement goes differently. Most of the people require counselling and interactions so to clear up their brain blocks which are psychological hinderence in PE patients.

In practice we have seen most of the SELF threapies fail to produce any results.

Medications are only necessary in severe cases and after evaluation of case
