Premier League Goal Summary: Liverpool vs Wolverhampton Wanderers
Liverpool played host to the Wolverhampton Wanderers, as they looked to pick up three points, after suffering a very humiliating defeat last week at the hands of Tottenham.

Wolves on the other hand were looking to try and get something out of the game, in order to try and maintain the good streak that they had going and get off to a good start early on.

In the 38th minute, Liverpool doubled their lead as Luis Suarez found the back of the net. The forward received a pass from Luis Enrique and then danced his way into the Wolves area. He then took a shot from an awkward angle and saw his effort
sail into the goal beyond Hennessey.
In the 48th minute, just after the half time break, Wolves managed to get a goal back. Riena and Enrique failed to clear a cross in the Liverpool area and Hunt managed to pass the ball back to Fletcher, who smacked the ball into the back of the
goal.
The goal reignited the game and saw Wolves attack the Reds on a number occasions. Unfortunately for Mick McCarthy and his men, his side just couldn’t find the extra force they needed in front of the Liverpool goal.
The match then ended with Liverpool edging past Wolves by two goals to one.
