Premier League Goal Summary: Manchester City vs Everton
Manchester City played host to Everton at the Etihad Stadium in the Premier League. Going into the game, City were looking to get back to their winning ways, after having dropped their first points of the season last time around.
Despite http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Everton-c13019 holding off City for the most part, a flurry of changes in the second half saw City win the game by two goals to nil.
The match kicked off with Everton trying to contain City’s attack. The home side kept attacking the visitors goal time and time again, but failed to really produce that cutting edge in front of the goal, that they have become famous for.
Everton went on to create a number of chances of their own early on, but just like City, were quite unsuccessful at finding the back of the net.

Following the goal, City looked to apply the pressure on Everton, as they looked for a second goal that would end the game and see them head back to the top of the table.
