Premier League Goal Summary – Wolverhampton Wanderers vs Tottenham Hotspur
Tottenham Hotspur travelled to the Molineux to take on Wolverhampton Wanderers in a scheduled Premier League clash. However, going into the game, Spurs were sitting bottom of the table, while Wolves were surprisingly sitting in the top half.
The match kicked off with both the teams looking to have a go at each other. Both Wolves and Tottenham created a number of chances in the first half of the game and looked to be threatening. When the referee blew the whistle to signal the end of the first
half, it was too close to call and it seemed like the game might just end up as a draw.
In the second half, Tottenham looked to change the game around. The visitors came back on the pitch with a point to prove and seemed to not be willing to settle for anything less than three points.

both the Tottenham debutants combine and seemed to be a great sign of things to come.
In the 80th minute of the game, Tottenham went on to extend their lead by two goals. Jermaine Defoe went on to reach a Kranjcar pass and then fired the ball into the back of the net.
As a result of that second goal, Tottenham went on to cruise to victory and picked up their first win of the Premier League season.
