Premier League Match Ratings: Tottenham Hotspur vs Aston Villa – Tottenham
Tottenham Hotspur played host to Aston Villa at the White Hart Lane in a Premier League game. Despite many believing the game to be a closely contested one, prior to kick off, it ended with Tottenham winning by two goals to nil.
Tottenham dominated the game from the very first minute and in the end went on to stroll to victory, as they picked up three points along the way, as they looked to close the gap on the top of the table.

Rafael van der Vaart: Was the creative threat for Tottenham while he was on the pitch. His vision and passing were superb. However, for some reason, he just couldn’t create the killer pass that everyone has come to expect from him.
