Premier League Match Report: Bolton Wanderers vs Manchester City – Part 1
Manchester City travelled to the Reebok Stadium to take on Bolton Wanders in both the teams second game of the Premier League season. Both City and Bolton had gone on to bag four nil wins in their opening games and seemed to be in top form during the game.
Nonetheless, despite that fact, the experts were still tipping City to go on and pick up all three points from the game/

In the 26th minute, Silva received a pass from Richards on the edge of the Bolton area. He then went on to hit a low swerving shot goalwards and inexplicably, the ball beat Jaaskelainen and sailed into the back of the net to give City the lead.
In the 37th minute, a loose ball fell to Garth Barry some twenty five yards from the Bolton goal. The midfielder went on to unleash a pile driver of a shot, which went on to swerve into the top corner and gave City the two goal lead in the game.
In the 39th minute, Bolton went on to attack City immediately after the kick off and went on to pull a goal back. A long ball was played towards Petrov on the flank. The winger then played a low cross towards Klasnic into the box and the forward
rifled the ball into the back of the net.
Soon after the first half of the game came to an end, with City leading by two goals to one at the break.
