Chelsea took on Blackburn in their last game of the Premier League season, as they looked to end their season on a high.
Having already been relegated, Blackburn didn’t have much to play for, but they wanted to go on and put up a display for their fans to remember them by.

The Portuguese midfielder made no mistake, as he sent his effort into the back of the net.
Soon after, the second half came to an end, with the Blues leading their opponents by two goals to nil and with Blackburn looking to be well out of the game.
However, with the second half to play for, neither team was giving up just yet.
