The second half proved to be a lot more eventful then the first half.
In the 48th minute, almost immediately after the kick off, City went on to equalize in the game. Lescott failed to clear his lines properly and the ball fell into the path of Cisse.
The striker then went on to fire his effort goal wards, as he drew things level in the game. As a result, City were no longer on top of the leader board and United were now the league champions, if things didn’t change.
In the 65th minute, things got a whole lot worse for City as QPR got another goal to their name. Traore burst down the right flank and whipped in a cross which was met by Mackie, as he steered the ball into the net.
With just a few minutes left on the clock, City were trailing by two goal to one and seemed to be down and out.

In the 92nd minute, Dzeko converted off a corner as he levelled things for his team in the game.
Then in the 94th minute, Aguero danced his way around the QPR defenders and then took a pop at goal, as he scored with the last kick of the game.
As a result, City went on to claim the Premier League title for the first time in forty four years.
