Following a high flying first half, City came back in the second half looking to continue from where they had left off. The team was looking to try and overcome their one man deficit and claim all three points from the game. Given the fact that they had
a one man lead, the task was going to be slightly easier for them, as opposed to if they were trailing in the game.
In the 50th minute of the game, City went on to score another goal, with Aguero finding the back of the net this time around. Toure went on to loft a pass to Aguero, who gathered the ball and lofted the ball over the advancing keeper to find the
back of the net.
Norwich still managed to continue the fight in the game, as they went on to score another goal in the 63rd minute of the game.
Snodgrass whipped in a cross into the box and Bassong flicked the ball across the face of the goal. Martin went on to meet the flicked pass and glanced the ball into the back of the net past Hart, who couldn’t do much to keep the ball out of the net.
Just when City needed him the most, Dzeko came to City’s defence once again as he completed his hat trick in the 67th minute of the game. The striker drifted in behind the Norwich defence and went on to rifle a shot at goal. The keeper did his
best to keep the ball out, but he couldn’t do much s the ball hit him on the head after coming off the post, as it rolled into the back of the net.
With City looking to slow down things, Norwich went on to score once again. Following a corner which seemed to evade everyone, the ball fell to Martin, who eventually turned the ball over the line.
The match continued on from that point, but neither side managed to score another goal in the game. As a result, City picked up all three points following a four goals to three win in the game.
