The match kicked off with West Brom taking the game to their opponents early on and in just the 3rd minute opened the scoring.
A ball was played over the top into the Norwich box and with the defence failing to clear their lines, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Peter-Odemwingie-c29794 pounced on the occasion and tapped the ball into the back of the net.
In the 36th minute of the game, Rudd Mulumbu went on play Odemwingie on with a brilliant through ball. The striker then went on to slide an effort goalwards, but at the last minute the Norwich keeper managed to block the shot from crossing the
line via his legs.

block the ball and then cleared his lines. However, Rudd picked up an injury during the clearance and needed a minute to get back to his feet.
Soon after, the first half came to an end and Odemwingie’s goal proved to be the difference during the first half. However, the second half was bound to be interesting with everything to play for.
