Premier League News: Carlos Tevez claims he is set to leave Manchester City – once again
Manchester City http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Citizen-c38808. However, it now seems like the player has taken matters into his own hands and openly stated that he is no
longer going to be staying at the Eastlands.
After Tevez put in a brilliant performance against stoke – which saw him bag a brace along the way, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Roberto-c31294 Mancini came forth and stated that he was more than just confident that Tevez would be staying. In fact the manager even went as far as to say that
the player had told him that he wished to remain at the club for the coming season.
Nonetheless, Tevez, who had already handed in a transfer request earlier this season, came forth and cleared the air. The Argentine stated that after two years at the club, the time for him to move on was now or never.
When talking about his future at the club the player is reported to have said: "I want to leave Manchester City. Football has changed a lot for me and I don't know if I will even make it to the next World Cup. And that has nothing to do with whether I'm
selected or not"
"I've been treated very well here and I'm grateful. I also gave my everything for the club to receive the results it had, but I need a change of scene."
Despite Tevez making it so blatant and apparent that he does not wish to stick around any longer, it seems like this is just the beginning of the Tevez – City saga. With http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Mancini-c23323 refusing to admit to the fact that Tevez is going to be leaving, the manager
is going to go all out and try to somehow keep a hold of the player. However, he is going to have a mountain to climb, if he wishes to achieve that feat.
With the Argentine having admitted that without his family he felt incomplete, even if City hold on to the striker, he just won’t be able to perform at the same level. In fact, if anything, he would become a highly paid, underperforming has-been is no time.
The player was previously being linked with moves to either http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Inter-c39567 Milan are the firm favourites to land the player.
Nonetheless, it is still going to be a wait till the end of the summers to see exactly where Tevez will end up.
