It is interesting to see the manager place such high hopes on the young Italians shoulders, but at this point, it seems highly unlikely for Balotelli to ever reach the same level as Messi or Ronaldo.
This is because, in simple terms, the duo of Messi and Ronaldo are two of the greatest players the game has ever seen. Irrelevant of how life is treating them of the pitch, the two have been impeccable in their displays on the pitch. However, that cannot
be said about Balotelli.
The young Italian, often lets his off pitch behaviour, affect his on pitch duties and this usually leads to him picking up needless bookings.
Nonetheless, what can be said about Balotelli, is that he is a player, who possesses ample talent. The player is an above average player, with the ability to carry his team on his shoulders from time to time.
