Premier League News Update: Manchester City ruled out of race to land AC Milan target Zlatan Ibrahimovic
Manchester City have been ruled out of the race to land AC Milan target, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Zlatan-Ibrahimovic-c38029. The player’s agent came forth and stated that a move for the Swede to the Eastlands was nothing short of being impossible and was more than likely to never happen.
http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Roberto-c31294 Mancini, the City manager revealed his interest in landing the player earlier this week and as a result, a lot of speculation was created, regarding the player’s future.
At the moment, Ibrahimovic is still a http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Barcelona-c38604 player and is only at the San Siro on a loan deal. However the Milan coach, Massimiliano Allegri stated this past Monday that the striker was going to be staying with the Italian giants for the coming season.
As part of the deal that Milan struck with Barcelona to bring the striker in at the start of the current season, it was stated that the Italians would have the option to sign the player on a permanent contract for a fee of around £22.5 million at the end
of his current loan deal.
Ibrahimovic’s  agent, Mino Riaola has gone on to reinforce these comments by the Milan coach and has stated that his client is looking to settle some unfinished business with Milan. By unfinished business, the manager means the player is looking to avenge
his poor UEFA Champions League campaign with Milan, which saw them crash out of the quarter-finals, at the hands of Tottenham Hotspur.
Riaola is reported to have said: "Mancini has paid a great compliment to Zlatan by saying he might make the final leap to Manchester City"

"But he must not speak with me but with [Milan chief http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Adriano-c3773] Galliani and it won't be easy to take him away.

"http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Mancini-c23323 knows what it means to have Ibra in a squad but I think it's impossible that Milan will sell him.

"When Zlatan went to AC Milan I said they were getting not just a player but also a winning mentality.

"Ibrahimovic doesn't like to lose and he has brought that mentality to AC Milan.

"In football everything has a price, but Ibra is not going to go away. He wants to grow with Milan. They will have a team to compete in Europe."
City have been on the look out to sign Ibrahimovic for quite some time now, but it seems like the player is more determined to stay at the San Siro then play at the Eastlands.
At the moment, despite everyone confirming Ibrahimovic’s stay at Milan, the only thing that could cause some sort of a ripple in this transfer is if City are willing to offer a ridiculous fee for the player’s signature.
