I don't know about the top 3 but you are right about the bottom 3 as they shall always be hovering between the top division and the 2nd division, especially West Bromich Albion. The unfortunate fact is that the top 3 shall always be as they are due to their finances.....and politics of course.

bump man u up about 2 places, but its going to be rlly close between man. u. n chelsea this year (closer than last year) because deco, also ronaldo is out for a little so chelsea mighte be able to get some what of a lead over united but it should be rlly close in the end (hopefully united should make this a 3 peat). Also the rovers and tottenham should be lower and everton should be higher. everything else looks pretty good.

I think Chelsea will win this year as they have a new, proven manager and have bolstered their squad with the signings of Bosingwa and Deco to fit well into their line up, Deco already proving he means business with a good performance in their 4-0 win over portsmouth at the weekend.

I don't think Arsenal have the experience to beat Manchester United into second, as year after year Arsene Wenger shuns experience in favour of young talent, and if they had lost Adebayor they would be lucky to finish in the top four.

I think Aston Villa and Everton will get the UEFA Cup spots this year, as I'm not too confident of Portsmouth this year and Manchester City have completely dropped in confidence with troubles with their owner Thaksin Shinawatra, and he may not be around too much longer. I do not think Tottenham will have a good season as their squad confidence has been knocked by the Berbatov saga and they looked very defensively shaky in their first game. I predict that Newcastle will have another average season.

I am sure that Stoke and West Brom will get relegated, but Hull might have the desire to challenge the other relegation candidates (Fulham, Bolton, Sunderland),and they have a good midfielder in Geovanni.
