Tottenham and Everton are level at the break at White Hart Lane after the Blues let their lead slip.
Leighton Baines curled a terrific free kick over the Spurs wall to give the visitors the lead after 17 minutes, only for poor Everton defending to allow Peter Crouch to knock a cross down to an unmarked Rafael van der Vaart, who slammed home from close range with goalkeeper Tim Howard nowhere to be seen.
Earlier, both Tim Cahill and Luka Modrić tested their respective opposition goalkeepers from distance, in what has been an evenly matched contest.
Crouch headed straight at Howard shortly before the break, but both sides will feel that they can win this match from here.
