Premier League Update: Carlo Ancelotti insists that he wants to remain in England
Former Chelsea and AC Milan manager, Carlo Ancelotti has gone on to state that he wishes to pursue his managerial career in England. The manager then went on to deny any and all rumours linking him with a potential move back to Italy, to manager for Roma,
by stating that there had been no contact between the club and the manager and from the looks of things, there won’t be any talks regarding the matter.
The Italian manager was shown the door by the Blues, on the last day of the Premier League. However, following his sacking, there were rumours that started to float, linking the manager with a host of team, especially in http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Italy-c2926. Nonetheless, all those rumours
have been officially swept aside by Ancelotti.
When talking to the press, following his sacking, the manager is reported to have said: "I would really like to stay in England. I have not been in touch with anyone from http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Chelsea-c38786. My intention is to stay
in http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/England-c749, though”

"I have had two great years here. I feel very well in England and want to stay put. I am in no hurry to find a new club. I have only had a small break since 1995. I have always worked hard. This is a chance to relax for a bit and see new things and challenges."
Ancelotti is currently being considered to be the prime target, for clubs like Aston Villa and Queens Park http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Rangers-c40314.
Aston Villa, seem to have lost their touch under the management of http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Gerard-c14664 Houllier. On the other hand, QPR are looking to bring in a manager, who has the expertise of how things run in the Premier League. The reason for the team wanting such a manager, is
down to the fact that they just got promoted into the top division in England and would want to do their best, instead of coming back down at the end of the season.
Ancelotti is currently staying awfully quiet, when talking about what club he sees himself joining. However, according to most experts, the manager is bound to take a couple of months off, before he decides to get into the thick of things once again.
However, at the same time, the sacking of Ancelotti has left a giant gaping hole at the Stamford Bridge, as the Blues are yet to name their replacement for the Italian manager.
