Premier League Update: Chelsea manager Carlo Ancelotti does not fear being sacked
Chelsea manager, Carlo Ancelotti has gone on to state that he does not fear being sacked by the club. However, the manager didn’t stop just there, he went on to further elaborate and state that should Chelsea’s upcoming game against http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Everton-c39043 be his last,
he would be not be shedding any tears at the end of the game.
This season has been nothing short of a roller coaster ride for Chelsea and Ancelotti. The team started off the season in style, but then went on to drop some massive points along the way. This slump in form saw the Blues sit in the fifth spot in the league,
with no one considering them to be a serious threat for the title. Nonetheless, the former English champions went on to produce a fine run of form and went to within inches of stealing the title from under United’s noses.
Ancelotti confirmed this past week that he was set to have a meeting with the http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Chelsea-c38786 board to discuss his future. However, fearing the worst, the manager stated that if he was sacked, he would pack his bags and leave in peace.
When talking about his future at the club, Ancelotti is quoted to have said: "The club have to judge my http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Job-c18684 - be objective.
"If they decide to change, it's not a problem.
"You won't see me crying or doing something. I will accept the decision of the club and find another solution."
Despite the nature of the season and the campaign that he has had with the Blues, Ancelotti went on to state that if anything, he enjoyed the trip.
The manager then concluded by stating: "I am happy when I work, and so I have enjoyed this season"
"I trained for 15 years in this work and, sometimes, I was able to win. Other times, I was not able to win.”
According to most experts, the Chelsea board should try and keep hold of Ancelotti for as long as they can. This is because the manager knows just how to make the team work and with the time that he has spent in the locker room, he is the only man out there
who can help Chelsea complete their transition into a new ear.
Should a new manager come into the club, he would have his own philosophies with which to run the club and that would mean the players would take some time to adjust to them and hence ultimately costing the club more time till they won any trophies.
