Premier League match tickets - London in late September?

Question

A friend's son is coming to the UK on honeymoon in late September, and wants to take in a football match. Where could he go for tickets for e.g. an Arsenal or Chelsea match. What about other London clubs (Tottenham, West Ham?), or even Nationwide League matches. And what do tickets cost these days (it was about five bob last time I went). And advice gratefully received. Thanks
