I'm going with history so Everton and Aston Villa, the two teams that have most seasons in first division are going to get up there. Well at least that's what I hope.

Tottenham Hotspur are the only team who really have enough quality to battle for fourth, but Portsmouth or Newcastle have an outside chance of challenging.

I don't think any of the smaller teams will break into the top 4 but I must confess as a gunner fan that I am scare of tottenham hotspur, they have made some incredible addition but at the same time lost some and some media reports this afternoon suggests they are after David Villa which will make them deadily even if they loss Berbatov.
