Premium Pricing for a wine bar?

Do you think premium pricing would be good for a sheek wine bar and why???

I don't know.  I get really steamed when I head to a mid-range restaurant, and the wine list is priced 100% higher than what it costs to get the same wine at the local store.  You'd have to enhance the experience with something else if you're going to charge premium prices for the drinks.  Will customers get free hors d'oeurves?  Are you serving commercial label wines, or are you pulling them from "micro-wineries"?
