  1. look at my profile for more info on herbs.you may also need progesterone to susain a future pregnancy(ask doc).it sounds to me like you miscarried due to alot of stress with your mother etc .i had a miscarriage after my daughter went missing.i prayed and asked god(and im not really religious) to take away my baby, if i could have my daughter back and within minutes the police had found her after being missing all day and her personal belongings she had on her had been found in the street, and i started to miscarry.coincidence or not ,it happened, but i put it down to immense stress at the time.give yourself time to heal before ttc again, physically and mentally.they advise 2 periods to start trying again.most herbs will take that long to start working anyway.make sure you stop all herbs when pregnant though as some can harm the baby....good luck!!

  2. Yes, a multi-vitamin will ensure that you're not deficient in any of the major vitamins or minerals that are needed to sustain pregnancy, including Folic Acid. It won't exactly GET you pregnant, but it will make the conditions right, so to speak. If you're interested in additional supplements, maybe give your doctor a call; someone who knows your medical history, to ensure that they would be right for you. Good luck!

  3. i got pg in 3 months on vitex after ttc for 8 yrs.
