Prepaid Debit cards for people under 18?

Question

I am under 18 and am interested in getting a prepaid card. There are many cards that you can simply go to Walgreens and have money loaded onto it whenever you want.

Is there a decent card that I can find?

walgreens sells greendot cards.. but there is a $10 fee at the beginning... and you have to wait for them to mail you the card.. and everytime u load money onto the card, you have to pay a $5 fee..  its okay, but you would end up spending alot of money loading the card..

the ones that have visa master cars etc are all going to be about the same as far as fees go.
