Prepaid Visa on PayPal question?

Could I make a PayPal account with a Prepaid Visa card and then sell things on the internet having the money charged go to my PayPal account that is made with the prepaid visa?

  1. By "Prepaid Visa", do you mean deibt card? In which case you have a checking account linked to it. Once someone sends you a payment, you can have it deposited directly from your paypal account to your bank/checking/savings account via online check provided by paypal (no fees).

    If you don't have a checking account, get one, they're usually free. Unless you are a minor, you can get one very easily.

    Hmm... I've never heard of anyone trying that. I don't think that's possible however.

    They actually do have Prepaid Reloadable cards. Unless it's one of those, I'm afraid you are out of luck. It seems pretty easy to get your hands on one if you are interested. Don't you want to consider a checking account? They come with a visa debit card and have no fees. The link below is for the reloadable cards.
